  These guys make a real effort to satisfy customers, starting from the fixed-price quote they gave us. Top quality equipment is never cheap, but they were competitive and you know there will be no nasty afterthoughts.
  Heating installations are not the cleanest or tidiest of jobs, but they had a good go at keeping everything clean along the way, made sure that everything was clean and tidy and took the old system away as part of the job.
  Customer service is obviously essential to them, our annual boiler service has just been done with care and they came when they said. They even leave their boots at the door, if appropriate
